This vibrant blue cut-out blouse caught my attention over the holidays as I walked past Charlotte Russe. Charlotte Russe is one of those stores that I tend to forget about for some reason however I absolutely love the blouse and casual tops that they offer. Perfect for dress or casual Friday. Truth be told that I really wanted to pair this with a pair of white pants or skirt BUT I don't have any. That is one item that I am yet to get. Its bad enough finding a nice pair of pants not to mention white pants. Anyway for this outfit post, I decided to pair it with a vintage 1960's skirt. This material is so rich in color with greens and velvet blue.
Mean while here is today's style board, a tartan dress from House of Fraser. Fit and flare with asymmetrical neckline is always a plus for any body type.
