STRIPED MAXI, GOLD AND A POP OF PINK

So here I am....writing my first post! Thankfully I have my husband as the photographer for today's post, I'm not sure I can get used to the self-timer settings in my camera.

In the past few years i've lost  quite alot of pounds and moved down in sizes. Its been an exciting experience exploring with my new size. The timing of this post is perfect! I just got this new maxi dress which arrived in the mail over the weekend. I certainly love that the maxi trend is going stronger than ever even after a few years. I must admit I only recently discovered Vince Camuto and I've been lucky to get a couple of items that I absolutely love. So when I saw this beautiful striped maxi dress on Hautelook and it was made by Vince Camuto, I was all too happy to get it. Knowing how quickly items get sold out on that website I had to act fast! I've seen quite a few black and white striped outfits styled with red accessories so I thought why not style it with a gold necklace and pink shoes. I really like this combination.
